Paul Sini

Paul Sini has over 18 years of banking and financial services experience, and a short stint in sales and marketing in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. His core expertise is in financial services advisory, strategy and performance enhancement for start-ups, auditing and forensic accounting.

He started his banking career in 2003 at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc as an entry-level staff member, and within 14 years had worked with three other major banks in middle management, leading teams and special business units. In his last banking role, as a senior manager at Sterling Bank Plc, he managed the FMCG, manufacturing and telecoms team for northern businesses in the corporate and investment banking division. He then joined Integrated Dairy Limited as Regional Head of Sales for the North and Abuja, where he redefined the company’s route to market and expanded the brand’s visibility and coverage in the northern market.

He studied Accountancy at the University of Maiduguri, graduating in 2000, and obtained an MBA from the Nigerian Defence Academy in 2021.
