Summary: Abubakar Kolo Ndakpoto has had a distinguished career of more than 35 years spanning academia, government, consulting, banking, marketing, and international services. More than 15 years was spent on senior management functions and leadership responsibilities in investment and private banking, public sector finance, portfolio management, asset and liability generation, development finance, banking and finance and international economic relations.
He has also worked with multilateral institutions including the African Development Bank, World Bank, International Monetary Fund. He has served as a representative of the Executive Directors on the 18-member Board of Directors of Africa Development Bank Group, and a member of the recapitalization committee of Trust Bank of Africa in Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Association of Forensic Accounting Researchers (AFAR), Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (CIFC), Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria, and the Nigeria Institute of Management.
Summary: Mr Odiaka Olika is a partner in the start-up Investment Banking Firm of Axe & Scofield Capital LLC, with specialization in transaction advisory, private equity, wealth and investment advisory, securitization and asset reconstruction, risk management, financial analysis and portfolio management. He has over 23 years of banking and financial services experience. He started his banking career in 1998 as an entry-level staff with Societe Generale Bank Limited and within 12 years he worked with 3 other major banks as a middle management staff leading various change and turnaround teams. In his last banking role, he was a senior management staff of First Bank where he oversaw and managed public sector and multinational company portfolios over $250 million between 2010 and 2015.
Between 2015 and 2017, he also led a team that successfully restructured a $110 million loan facility involving two major international banks on behalf of a Federal Government Institution. Mr Olika majored in Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka graduating in February 1994. He also obtained his PGDM and MBA from Ahmadu Bello University and his MSc (International Affairs and Strategic Studies) from the Nigeria Defense Academy. He has attended various courses both locally and Internationally. He also remains committed to further learning and is a student member of the CFA, CAIA and FDP Institute, GARP and CIS Nigeria.

He afterwards joined Integrated Dairy Limited as a Regional Head of Sales - North and Abuja where he re-defined the company’s route to market and expanded the brand visibility and coverage within the northern market. Mr Paul Sini majored in Accountancy from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State graduating in December 2000. He also obtained an MBA from the Nigerian Defence Academy 2021.
Summary:Mrs Edith Igidimba is a graduate of Accounting, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and Business Re-engineering and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). She is International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) ACCA certified. Mrs Edith has over 20 years of experience in accounting, accounting systems management, tax compliance, audit etc. In 2015, she was appointed the Group Manager Control and Compliance at Chicason group (A-Z Petroleum Ltd, RIMCO Ltd, Afro Asia Automobile & Plastic Industries Ltd and Promotex Chemical Industries Ltd). In 2016, she was later promoted to the position of Group Head of Audit - Manufacturing because of her outstanding performance. She introduced a compliant tax planning system that helped reduce heavy liabilities and carried out several turnaround operations and rescue on ailing companies.
Igidimba has outstanding professional consulting skills, a brilliant mind and tremendous financial reporting capabilities. In collaboration with Accountancy tools ltd, she designed inventory control software that is used in many organizations. She lectured part-time at CAP Professional tutors, ICAN accredited study centre where she impacted tremendously on aspiring professionals. She has facilitated various training on internal audit, detection and fraud prevention. Presently she is a council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and serves in the professional practice committee.
