The Sales Representative must possess strong communication skills in English, Pidgin English, and a Nigerian language, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Job Purpose

The Sales Representative will drive revenue by identifying and converting leads into paying customers. The representative will also play a pivotal role in market analysis, customer support, and maintaining client records. Additionally, he/she will collaborate closely with the marketing team, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management, all while adhering to company programs and profitability goals.

Job Description
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Learn details about our products and services to understand all the prospect's needs, problems or wants
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients and explaining how our solutions align with their pain points
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective
  • Identify buyer persona profiles, investigate leads, and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Find prospects and lead, visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Maintaining client records
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products or services, prices, and availability
  • Consults with the sales and marketing team to ensure efficiency and identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Track and monitor your work and stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Report to the management team
  • Perform any other duties that Management may assign.
Competencies Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven work experience in sales
  • Must be IATA Certified with a minimum of 2 years issuance of travel
  • Understanding of sales travel and tour packages
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Familiarity with BRM, CRM, and PRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook for a variety of tasks.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
