The purpose of the job is to ensure the organization's financial and operational systems are well-managed, and to provide strategic support to clients, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the organization's mission and goals.
Job Description
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
Operations Management:
- Assess and streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
Consulting and Advisory:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Provide strategic guidance and actionable recommendations based on financial and operational analyses.
- Support clients in making informed decisions by presenting findings and proposals effectively.
Project Management:
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to execute projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
Competencies Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance, operations management, or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
