Job Summary
On behalf of First Multiple Microfinance Bank Limited (FMMFB), BlueBrain Services Ltd are looking to hire an experienced Managing Director to oversee the operations of the bank.
About the Hiring Organisation
First Multiple Microfinance Bank Limited (FMMFB) is a contemporary microfinance bank licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2009. The bank provides traditional microfinance services to customers as well as support to smallholder farmers through cooperative micro-lending schemes that focus on enhancing smallholder farmer productivity and capacity in the Agribusiness space.
Job Purpose
- provide transformational leadership to the organization, developing, and executing strategic plans for growth, creating methods, procedures, and processes of accountability and measures to ensure profitability.
- Proven experience in cash management, vault management, teller management and general accounts management in the Microfinance Banking sector.
- Ensure that the credibility of the company is upheld by enforcing professional standard of operating in staff members.
- Work closely with the Board and serves as a strategic partner and advisor to the Board.
- Enhance, strengthen, and safeguard the organizational culture of First Multiple Microfinance Bank Limited.
Job Description
- Responsible for providing transformational leadership to the organization, developing, and executing strategic plans for growth, creating methods, procedures, and processes of accountability and measures to ensure profitability.
- Will have proven experience in cash management, vault management, teller management and general accounts management in the Microfinance Banking sector.
- Ensure policies and procedures of the company are followed correctly to minimize risks; and ensure that the credibility of the company is upheld by enforcing professional standard of operating in staff members.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors. She/He will work closely with the Board and serves as a strategic partner and advisor to the Board.
- Enhance, strengthen, and safeguard the organizational culture of First Multiple Microfinance Bank Limited.
Competencies Required
- Proven experience in cash management, vault management, teller management and general accounts management
- Strong managerial abilities
- Excellent leadership skills
- Advance use of financial software
