On behalf of First Multiple Microfinance Bank Limited (FMMFB), BlueBrain Services Ltd are looking to hire an experienced driver that would provide transportation and logistics services to the firm.

First Multiple Microfinance Bank Limited is a contemporary microfinance bank licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2009. The bank provides traditional microfinance services to customers as well as support to smallholder farmers through cooperative micro-lending schemes that focus on enhancing smallholder farmer productivity and capacity in the Agribusiness space.
Job Purpose
The driver will provide driving services and manage the office vehicles.
Job Description
· Ensure timely and efficient transport of staff, consultants, and project supplies to and from destinations
· Daily cleaning of the vehicle and general check to ascertain condition of the vehicle
· Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
· Accomplish administrative needs as relates to logistics
· Interact with staff and clients professionally
· Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
· Keep up-to-date mileage and repair records
· Determine the best route for use
· Ensure timely completion and submission of vehicles related reports
· Ensure security measures for vehicle such as parking, storage of keys, emergency suppliers, tires, etc. are all up to date
· Ensure all safety kits, like a fire extinguisher, triangular caution sign, first aid kit, etc. are in the vehicle and up to date
· Ensure all passengers are well seated with cross belts fastened
· Any other duties assigned
Competencies Required
· Minimum of Secondary School Certificate qualification. An Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is preferred
· A valid driver’s license and at least two year of driving experience is required. Long distance driving required
· A good knowledge and understanding of vehicle mechanics and the ability to carry out minor vehicle maintenance.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication skills (spoken) in English, Pidgin English, and any Nigerian language
· Time management and organizational skills to keep track of deliverables and stay on schedule
· Outstanding team player
· Present professional behavior and outlook always
