BlueBrain Services Ltd is looking to hire a Human Resource Officer who would be responsible for handling and assisting in some human capital and ensuring they are aligned with our business goals. This includes handling the end-to-end employment life cycle of all the employees.

Job Purpose

The Human Resource Officer (HRO) will oversee and manage the organization's human resources department. This will include responsibilities such as recruiting and hiring employees, overseeing employee benefits and compensation, managing employee relations, implementing and enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Job Description
  • Provide daily HR services to all the SCL employees
  • Monthly and Quarterly HR Reports on Project Juriya Phase 1(SCL)
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances among the employees
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity.
  • Ensures proper documentation of employees’ personnel files.
  • Ensures that all attendance; time sheets, leave forms, etc. are reported and documented according to the agreed standard.
  • Ensures that best practice is followed during the recruitment exercise.
  • Coordinates the onboarding process, and ensures the process is up to-date and of high customer service.
  • Answers queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Supports the Head, of Human Capital Management in managing the process of storing necessary documentation, electronically and in the HR software.
  • Ensures payroll and pension schedules are compiled on or before the 23rd of every month.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies across the board and suggest new HR strategies.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the management.
