Olajide Ayodele has a career spanning more than 16 years in financial services, with rich experience in business development, strategic planning, relationship management, budgeting, human resource training, consulting, mentoring and coaching.

At Stanbic IBTC and ARM Pensions he led teams across several states. He has headed and served on many strategic committees focused on market penetration, business process improvement and re-engineering, and he develops IT platforms for sales, business reporting, client acquisition and relationship management.

He holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and has completed leadership and business development courses at Lagos Business School and Phillips Consulting, among other institutions. He also has a good knowledge of ISO 9001.

Olajide Ayodele is part of the Management team at BlueBrain Services Limited, a corporate and financial consulting firm in Abuja, Nigeria.
